Five steps to lifetime protection
Best practice: clean attachment surface area before installation and wait up to 24 hours after installation before use to achieve 85% bond strength, maximum bond is reached after approximately 72 hours.

Select and clean Metallic Shield attachment location on frame. Insert enclosed blue wedge between the bumper guard and the racket frame where the insertion end of the shield will be inserted.
Pull back 1 inch (25mm) of the shield’s red adhesive cover from the insertion end, which is the end with the flange facing away from the string holes. Lift flexible bumper guard wing with the flat point of the wedge and insert the shield insertion end between the bumper guard and the racket head frame.
Continue sliding the wedge down along the racket frame to provide enough space to install the remainder of the shield under the bumper guard.
Pull the remainder of the red adhesive cover from the inserted shield.
Press installed shield against a hard, smooth, and flat surface, then rotate the racket along the length of the shield area with enough pressure to secure the bond between the shield and racket frame. Installation is complete when rounded flange connects to the racket rim and beam corner.
