EXO PROTEX's performance guarantee is a commitment to our customers to replace purchased shield(s) for a specified period and conditions.

Guarantee coverage:

This guarantee does cover: defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, as long as the original purchaser owns the product; manufacturing defects, failures that render the product non-functional, and deterioration of the product due to regular use that render the product non-functional.

Coverage period:

All EXO PROTEX shields are guaranteed to stop racket and paddle frame damage where attached during normal use up to1000 court contacts.

Exclusions:

This guarantee does not cover: damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modifications. This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect use, or exposure to extreme conditions; damage caused by third parties. This includes damage caused by repairs or modifications performed by individuals or companies not authorized by EXO PROTEX; incidental or consequential damages including damages that are not directly related to the defect itself, such as loss of use, loss of equipment, or other financial losses; products that have been altered or modified in any way, this includes products that have been disassembled, reassembled, or otherwise altered by anyone other than EXO PROTEX or its authorized representatives; products attached to any object other than a racquet and paddle frame including bumper guards, grommets, polyurethane tapes, and lead tapes.

 

Transferability:

This guarantee is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

Guarantee Service:

The performance guarantee service is valid only for original purchase of any EXO PROTEX products. The performace guarantee service is valid on replacement products received from the original purchase. Purchaser is required to provide proof of purchase, and a photograph of the worn out or defective product. If an EXO PROTEX product has deteriorated to a state unable to effectively protect the surface of a racket or paddle frame prior to 1000 court contacts during regular use, EXO PROTEX will ship a replacement shield at no cost to the purchaser. The purchaser will be required cover the cost of shipping the replacement product.

 

If an EXO PROTEX product is found to have defects that render the product non-functional, EXO PROTEX will cover the cost of shipping the replacement shield to the purchaser. The performance guarantee does transfer from the defected product to the replacement product. The shipping method will be ground shipping only.

 

This warranty is subject to change at any time. This warranty is governed by the laws of the state of Colorado.
